Many rare and foreign animals like Asian elephants, gibbons and Bengal tigers are found here. However, its area is decreasing rapidly due to indiscriminate forest harvesting. At present, this forest is spread over about 2,33,000 square kilometers, but if this situation prevails, then this forest can be extinct in our lifetime itself.
New guinea tropical rainforest

New Guinea’s Renforest was counted among the most attractive and mysterious forests in the world. This area is not only home to thousands of flora and animals, but more than 1,000 tribal tribes also live here. A large part of it is still untouched for scientists, so it remains the center of attraction for research. It is believed that 5 to 10% of the earth’s animals and species are found in this forest. Its total area is about 5,45,000 square kilometers, and a large part of it is preserved so that scientists can find its depths further.
