Shiv Sena (UBT) Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut has demanded a special session of Parliament on Operation Sindoor and has targeted the BJP fiercely.
Opposition Parties on Operation Sindoor: Shiv Sena (UBT) Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut said on Friday that the opposition parties led by Rahul Gandhi will write a letter to the Central Government demanding a special session of Parliament to discuss the Pahalgam attack and Operation Sindoor. On April 22, 26 people were shot dead by Pakistan -backed militants in Pahalgam, Kashmir, after which Operation Sindoor was started on the morning of 7 May. As a result, terrorist structures were eliminated in Pakistan -occupied Kashmir and Pakistan. India and Pakistan agreed to end the long -drawn struggle on 10 May.
Did Sanjay Raut say?
Sanjay Raut said, “The Opposition is demanding a special session of Parliament to discuss the Pahalgam terror attack and Operation Sindoor. In this regard, the opposition party will write a letter to the government under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi and demand it.” Raut, while taking a sarcasm, also claimed that the terrorists involved in the Pahalgam attack have not been arrested yet, as they have probably joined the BJP. Sanjay Raut said, “Six terrorists of Pahalgam are not being arrested because one day you (media) will get a press note from the BJP that they (terrorist) have joined the party, so you will forget everything. After Pahalgam attack, Raut, who is demanding the resignation of Union Home Minister Amit Shah after the Pahalgam attack, also accused the BJP of politicating the operation.
Mamta Banerjee also targeted
Let me tell you that earlier West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee also surrounded PM Modi on Operation Vermation. Mamta Banerjee had said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is trying to take political advantage of Operation Sindoor. Mamta Banerjee targeted PM Modi when he was seen reaching Bengal and surrounded the TMC government. PM Modi had taken a dig at the state government by referring to Malda and Murshidabad. Let us know that even before this, PM Modi and West Bengal CM Mamta Banerjee have targeted each other. Whether it is West Bengal assembly elections or 2024 Lok Sabha elections, PM Modi and Mamta Banerjee have seen a situation of conflict several times.
