The strike started when the dialogue between the officials and leaders of the Jammu and Kashmir Joint Awasi Action Committee (JKJAAC) was broken. Let us tell you that the protesters had issued an announcement of 38 points, urging the authorities to accept them or take them on the streets. After this, when their demands were not accepted, they decided to take to the streets. After this, there were violent clashes of protesters with the police, in which at least 10 people, including three policemen, were killed. Apart from this, hundreds of policemen and citizens were also injured.

Prime Minister sent high level delegation

After this, the way the violence intensified in PoK, Pakistan Prime Minister Shahwaz Sharif sent a high -level delegation to Muzaffarabad on Wednesday to find a solution to the problem. Under the leadership of former Prime Minister Raja Parvez Ashraf, this party discussed for two consecutive days and it ended at midnight. At the same time, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Tariq Fazal Chaudhary announced on the social media post that an agreement has been reached between the two sides. The talks delegation has signed the final agreement with the action committee, the protesters are returning to their homes. All roads have been reopened and this is a victory of peace.

Secondary Education Board will be established

It is being told that a detailed document of 25 points was signed to end the protest, which has also demanded appropriate compensation to the people killed in violence. Apart from this, the Government of Pakistan has also agreed to establish two additional intermediate and secondary education boards for Muzaffarabad and Poonch divisions of PoK.
