New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Gujarat on 26 and 27 May. Modi will dedicate the locomotive plant to the nation in Dahod. Apart from this, the electric locomotives will also show the green signal. After this, he will laying the foundation stone and inauguration of many development projects of about 24 thousand crores in Dahod. He will also address a public function. Apart from this, PM Modi will lay the foundation stone and inauguration of many development projects in Bhuj. The total cost of which is more than Rs 53,400 crore.
Gujarat will participate in urban development ceremony
The Prime Minister will also go to Gandhinagar and will participate in the 20th anniversary of Gujarat urban development at around 11 am on May 27. On this occasion, he will also address the attendees. The Prime Minister will inaugurate the locomotive manufacturing plant of Indian Railways in Dahod. Electric engines of 9 thousand HP will be constructed for domestic objectives and exports in this plant. Shri Modi will also flag off the first electric engine built from the plant. These engines will be equipped with regenerative braking systems and are being designed to reduce energy consumption, which contributes to environmental stability.
Vande India X between Veraval and Ahmedabad. Will show the green signal
After this, the Prime Minister will give a gift of many development projects in Dahod costing more than 24 thousand crore rupees. He will flag off express train between Valsad and Dahod stations and Vande Bharat Express between Veraval and Ahmedabad. The Prime Minister Aman will also inaugurate the converted Katosan-Kalol section and will flag off a freight train on it. Apart from this, PM Modi will lay the foundation stone and inauguration of many development projects in Bhuj. The total cost of which is more than Rs 53,400 crore. These include Kandla port projects and many roads, water and solar projects of the Government of Gujarat.
State clean air program will also be launched
“Urban Development Year 2005” in Gujarat was a major initiative launched by the then Chief Minister Narendra Modi. Its purpose was to rejuvenate the urban landscape of Gujarat through planned infrastructure, better governance and better living standard for urban residents. On the occasion of the completion of 20 years of “Urban Development Year 2005”, the Prime Minister will launch the Urban Development in Gandhinagar, 2025, the Urban Development Scheme of Gujarat and the State Clean Air Program. Mr. Modi will also dedicate more than 22 thousand housing units under PMAY. He will also release an amount of Rs 3,300 crore for the development of urban local bodies in Gujarat.
