Talking to the news agency PTI, Rahul Gandhi said, “This is a big tragedy in which many people have lost their lives. They (the Pakistani army) have targeted the citizens bases. Talking to the people and listened to their problem. Along with Rahul Gandhi, the party’s Jammu and Kashmir unit president Tariq Hameed Karra, AICC General Secretary G. Mir and other party leaders were also present during this period.

The Congress also wrote in the caption, posting several pictures of Rahul Gandhi’s Poonch tour of Jammu and Kashmir on social media- ‘Jannayak’. The Congress has also targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Rahul Gandi’s visit.
