Rajbhar said, “Our first priority is to contest elections in alliance with NDA. About 70 percent of the discussions have been finalized and 30 percent are still pending.”
SBSP chief OP Rajbhar on Bihar Election: Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party chief Om Prakash Rajbhar has broken the silence on seat sharing in Bihar elections. Om Prakash Rajbhar said, “If the conversation with the NDA fails, he will contest elections alone in Bihar.” According to the news agency PTI, Rajbhar said that if there is no talk on seat sharing with the BJP -led National Democratic Alliance (NDA), his party is ready to contest the upcoming Bihar elections independently.
What did Rajbhar say to the media?
Speaking to the media at his party headquarters in Rasra in Ballia district on Friday evening, Uttar Pradesh Panchayati Raj Minister Rajbhar said, “Our first priority is to contest elections in the alliance with the NDA. Nearly 70 percent of the discussions have been finalized and 30 percent are still pending.” He said, “However, we are also preparing for another option. If there is no compromise due to pressure from some leaders of Bihar, then we will enter the electoral fray independently.”
What did I say about India block?
Rajbhar clarified that his party will not be included in the India block. He further said, “Many parties are working outside the India alliance and talks are going on with some of them. If the conversation with the BJP is not successful, then we will contest elections by forming a separate front. We are actively working in 156 seats.”
Rajbhar rained on Rahul Gandhi
Criticizing Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Rajbhar said, “When Rahul Gandhi travels abroad, he questions India’s credibility and attacks the Election Commission. But when his party wins the election, he never raises such concerns. If he feels that he feels that there was a rigging in the elections and the victory was done with Herfer, he should say openly and present the proof.” He further alleged that Rahul Gandhi has realized the defeat in Bihar, so “he has started making baseless statements like former Prime Minister VP Singh”. It is important that Bihar can have assembly elections in November this year. All political parties have geared up for Bihar elections. Meanwhile, the political fierce battle continues in Bihar on the issue of SIR.
