Coolie Vs War 2: The magic of superstar Rajinikanth is once again speaking at the box office. His new film ‘Coolie’ was released on 14 August. From the very first day, this film of Rajinikanth is being liked across the country. Anyway, Rajinikanth’s films are not only seen by his fans on screen but celebrates him like a festival. This is the reason that ‘Coolie’ has left behind Hrithik Roshan (war 2) of Hrithik Roshan in terms of earning in the first weekend of release.
Earnings in four days
Superstar Rajinikanth’s ‘Coolie’ did a business of about Rs 34 crore on Sunday i.e. fourth day. After this, the Indian box office collection of the film reached 193.25 crores. It is expected that this film will cross the Rs 200 crore mark on Monday. ‘Coolie’ has earned the most from Tamil language. After this, the maximum collection is from the Telugu version. ‘Coolie’ is also performing well in the Hindi belt and Kannada market is also earning well. ‘Coolie’ did a business of Rs 65 crore on Opening Day. 54.75 crores on the second day, 39.5 crore on Saturday on the third day and 34 crores on the fourth day. The collection of the film has been Rs 193.25 crores, including earnings of all four days.

‘War 2’ left behind
Hrithik Roshan, Junior NTR and Kiara Advani’s action thriller ‘War 2’ has earned Rs 173.60 crore in four days. Its collection was 33.25 crores and 31 crore on Saturday and Sunday. Even though the collection of ‘War 2’ is also going well, Hrithik Roshan’s film lagged behind in front of Rajinikanth’s ‘Coolie’. The ‘Coolie’ made under the direction of Lokesh Kanagaraja is a crime thriller movie. On the other hand, Ayan Mukherjee’s ‘War 2’ is a spy thriller. In this, Hrithik Roshan has returned to his Papur Kabir’s role. Apart from this, Junior NTR Raw is in the role of Vikrant Kaul.
