Punjab Kings bowling coach James Hops has given Challage to the Bangalore team despite the defeat by RCB.
James Hopes Inspires PBKS Players: Former Australian cricketer and Punjab Kings bowling coach James Hops has encouraged the players of the team. James Hopes looks quite positive to reach the IPL final for the first time in 11 years despite Punjab Kings’ qualifier One. James Hops has told the player of Punjab Kings that even though he may have lost badly in the qualifier One to RCB, he should save himself from the ideas that doubt themselves. James Hops clearly said that players should not doubt themselves at all. Let me tell you that after being on top in the league stage with a very aggressive attitude, PBKs suffered a crushing defeat by eight wickets to Royal Challengers Bangalore on Thursday. The Punjab Kings may have lost in the qualifier forest but its expectations are not over yet. Punjab Kings will get a chance to improve themselves by winning the second qualifier on Sunday and confirmed themselves in the finals as their next will be against Gujarat or Mumbai Indians who won in Eliminator.
What did James Hops say?
After the crushing defeat, James Hops said, “Our batsmen can now doubt themselves. We played the first over with the bat and then could not score the batting order run.
‘Not good night for us’
Punjab Kings bowling coach James Hops said, “To be honest, it is not good for us with the bat, but now we have two days to play another final. We have worked for more than two months to get the right to get a second chance and hopefully we will take advantage of that other opportunity. Hops indicated that the pitch of Ahmedabad will be more favorable for the batsmen.” The important thing is that Punjab Kings, who were dreaming of winning the first IPL title, got a big shock on Thursday when it lost a crushing at the hands of Royal Challengers Bangalore. Punjab’s batting order was badly collapsed in this match.
