In this scene of the battle of the film ‘RRR’, the junior NTR is seen poured towards the tiger. The song Natu-Natu from the film ‘RRR’ won the Best original song title in the Oscar 2023. The scene of stunts in the film is one of the three pictures who have been selected for this Oscar category.
The other two photos starring Michelle Yoh, 2022, are from the Multivar Saga “Everyware Allware All at Once” and Tom Cruise starring in 2011 “Mission Impossible-Gost Protocol”. In this, Cruise’s character Ethan Hunt is shown climbing Burj Khalifa in Dubai. Sharing the picture on the official Instagram, the academy wrote, “Stunts have always been a part of the magic of films. Now they are part of the Oscar. The Academy has announced a new annual award for achievement in stunt design and the award will be launched in this category at the 100th Oscar in 2028.
Under this category, awards will be given to films released by 2027. Rajamouli also shared that post and appreciated the inclusion of the much awaited category. He said, “Finally !! After waiting for 100 years !!! I am excited for the new Oscar stunt design category for films released in 2027. Thank you very much to David Leach, Chris Ohara and the stunt community for making it possible.
Rajamouli said, “In the announcement made by the Academy, I am thrilled to see the action filled with the film RRR.” It is known that the Oscar is a prestigious film award, which is given by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences every year. The award is provided to recognize outstanding performance in the film industry and is widely considered the most prestigious award in the film world.
