BJP-Congress workers clash: There was a strong clash between the ruling BJP and opposition Congress workers on Friday in Patna, Bihar. The root of the controversy was allegedly used by his supporters in Darbhanga during Congress MP Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Voter Adhikar Yatra’. The BJP organized a protest march in Patna against this incident, which went outside the Congress headquarters Sadakat Ashram and turned into a stressful conflict. BJP’s protest was taken out under the leadership of March Minister Nitin Nabin, Minister Sanjay Saraogi and MLA Sanjeev Chaurasia. Party leaders said that this act of Congress has insulted the whole country.
Narendra Modi’s insult is not tolerated
Minister Nitin Nabin reacted sharply and said that we will not tolerate insult to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Rahul Gandhi and his colleagues should apologize to the country. When BJP workers reached near Sadaqat Ashram shouting slogans, Congress workers closed the main gate from inside to protest. The situation suddenly worsened when Congress workers started throwing stones from inside the ashram. In response, BJP workers also took an aggressive stand. Angry activists vandalized vehicles parked nearby. For some time, the atmosphere became very tense and both sides came face to face. As soon as the information of the clash was received, the police force reached the spot and intervened to control the situation. Police officials persuaded BJP workers and persuaded them from outside the ashram. However, due to stone pelting and sabotage during this period, there was an atmosphere of chaos in the area.
Congress is doing politics of insults and violence
After the incident, BJP leaders said that Congress politics has now remained based on humiliation and violence. He gave a clear warning that the comment on the Prime Minister and his mother is out of tolerance and the party will not sit silent on it. On the other hand, Congress leaders say that the BJP is creating such a conflict to divert attention from its failure and issues related to the public. This clash has created a stir in the politics of Bihar. On the one hand, the BJP is demanding an apology by accusing the Congress of indecent language and disrespect, on the other hand the Congress is calling it a conspiracy of the ruling party.
Heat politics of Bihar
The police is currently investigating the case and the people involved in stone pelting and sabotage are being identified. It is clear from the ever-increasing political allegations and counter-allegations and the collision of the workers who landed on the road that the politics of Bihar is going to be even more hot in the coming days. Increasing conflict between power and opposition can also become a challenge of law and order in the state. Patna (Central) Superintendent of Police Deeksha told PTI that it was a minor clash and we have received complaints of injured people from both sides. The entire case will be investigated and further action will be taken accordingly. Meanwhile, a group of Congress workers sat on a dharna outside the door of Sadaqat Ashram to protest against BJP’s hooliganism.
