Sabudan chaat recipe

To make sabudane chaat, first wash the sago thoroughly and soak it in water. After the sago flowers, you remove the extra water and now fry the peanuts in a pan on the light flame till they become golden and crunchy. When the peanut gets cold, peel and crush the peanuts. Now take a boiled potato, finely chopped tomatoes, cucumber, green chillies and coriander with sago wet in a bowl. Add roasted and crushed peanuts, rock salt, pepper powder and cumin powder in this bowl and mix all the things well. Add lemon ra juice to it and serve it.
