Sam Pitroda Controversial Statement: Sam Pitroda, president of Indian Overseas Congress and close to Rahul Gandhi, has once again increased the difficulties of Congress. He also said that the threat caused by China is often exaggerated.

Jairam Ramesh released a statement

In an interview to a news agency, Sam Pitroda said that instead of considering China as an enemy, it should be respected. I do not understand what India can be threatened by China. We all should come and work together and India also needs to change our attitude towards China. He further said that our attitude has been of conflict and creates enmity. In such a situation, I think we need to change this pattern. This is not good for anyone.

Sam Pitroda was opted out by the Congress party on this statement. Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh released the statement of the party in an X post and wrote that the views expressed by Sam Pitroda on China are definitely not the views of the Indian National Congress. On January 28 this year, China was the most recent statement given by our party. At the same time, he attacked the Center’s BJP i.e. Bharatiya Janata Party -led NDA government.
