When the judge asked Bhullar’s lawyer, he agreed to withdraw the petition seeking exemption from surrender. The court registered in its order that after partial presentations, Bhullar’s lawyer demanded withdrawal of the petition and assured that Bhullar would surrender during the day. Bhullar has filed an application in his pending petition against rejection of premature release.
