Jabalpur: The student committed suicide due to not being able to withstand the stress of studies and examination. After the incident, there was chaos in the family. Police reached the information and sent the body for postmortem. The police has started investigating the incident. A 13 -year -old student committed suicide when he failed in class 8 examination in Jabalpur city of Madhya Pradesh.
Police said on Monday that the incident took place in Bhola Nagar area of Madhotal police station area on Saturday. Police Deputy Superintendent BS Gathoria said that the tailor’s son committed suicide by hanging himself with an iron rod using a dupatta when he was alone at home. His elder brother, who is studying graduation, when he reached home in the evening, the younger brother did not open the door, then the elder brother got into the house after closing the wall.
The official said that he found his younger brother hanging and took him to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead. He said that according to initial investigation, the student had failed in class 8 examination, the results of which were declared on Friday. For this reason, he must have taken this step. Police said that further investigation is going on.
