IMD explained the reason
In view of the increasing level of pollution, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has given the reason for this. He said that in the Palam area at IGI Airport, there was a strong dusty wind between 10 pm and 11:30 pm, due to which the visibility fell from 4500 meters to only 1200 meters.
