Cake making method
To make a cake of semolina, first take curd and ghee in a bowl and mix it well. Now add rava i.e. semolina and sugar to this mix and mix it well. After this, mix maida, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla essence in it. After this, add it to the mix made of curd and rava. Now add milk to it and whisk the batter well and keep this paste for some time. When the batter is ready, put it in a greased cake tin. Now put salt and a stand in a pan and heat it for 5 minutes. Place the cake tin on the stand and cover the pan. Bake it for 50 minutes on low flame. After 50 minutes, add toothpick and check whether the cake is baked or not. Allow the cake to cool down and serve it.
