In this month, big festivals like Independence Day, Rakshabandhan, Janmashtami and Ganesh Chaturthi are going to fall.

On August 8, the banks are going to be closed due to Tendong Low Rum Fat in Sikkim and Odisha.
On August 9, due to Rakshabandhan in UP, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan, banks are going to be a holiday.
On August 13, banks are going to be closed on the special occasion of patriotism in Manipur.
On August 15, the entire country is going to be a holiday on the occasion of Independence Day.
