PM Modi in Rajasthan: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday accused the previous Congress government of ignoring the importance of electricity. Said that it is necessary to increase power generation for the rapid development of any country in the 21st century. Modi said these things while addressing a public meeting in Banswara district of Rajasthan on Thursday. Said that before 2014, there were 2.5 crore houses in India which did not have electricity connection. Even after 70 years of independence, electric poles were not installed in 18,000 villages across the country. The Congress government did not pay any attention to the importance of electricity. The Prime Minister said that any country which wants to grow rapidly in the 21st century, will have to increase its power generation. The most successful countries will be those who will lead to clean energy.

BJP ends Congress loot

He said that the BJP government at the Center is taking forward it by converting the clean energy campaign into a mass movement. The most important of these is Mahi-Banswara nuclear power project, which has a 2,800 MW facility to be built at a cost of Rs 42,000 crore in Banswara. Talking about tax reforms on this occasion, Modi said that 11 years ago the Congress government was engaged in exploiting and robbing the people of the country. The Prime Minister said that during the time of Congress, both tax and inflation were touching the sky. There was loot everywhere, while more attention is being paid to savings in BJP rule. After people blessed Modi, the government ended the loot of Congress. Modi also urged people to adopt ‘Swadesh’ in the culture of his purchase and sale to make India self-reliant.

Paper was leaked under Congress rule

He said that we have another goal – self -sufficient India. It is important that we do not depend on anyone else. Its path goes through the mantra of Swadeshi, which we should never forget. The Prime Minister also targeted the previous Congress government of Rajasthan and said that during its reign, the state had become the center of paper leaks, when atrocities against women were at its peak. He said that Rajasthan became the center of paper leaks under the Congress rule, water life mission went to corruption, atrocities against women were at its peak and rapists were given protection. He said that after the BJP came to power, it strengthened law and order and gave impetus to development projects in the state. Modi said that today the BJP government is pushing Rajasthan forward on the path of rapid development.
