Indian Missiles: India’s modern missile technology has now become an accurate weapon to stop the enemy, not just rescue. These missiles enhancing India’s strength in the same, water and nabha are so technically advanced that they force the enemy to pull back.
Indian Missiles: India’s modern missile technology has now established itself as an aggressive and strategic weapon, not just the role of just a defensive structure. This technology is recognizing India as a global military force, where Thal (land), water (sea) and Nabh (Akash) – The system of the country in all three dimensions has increased with the form of the country in the three dimensions today. It has reached the point that she has the ability to respond to any enemy in a moment, thwarting her strategies and breaking its morale. Advance techniques in mesiles such as-hypersonic motion, smart navigation, multiple targeting system and electronic counter-counters-make them highly accurate and reliable. It is also visible on geopolitical fronts. Padosi countries have realized this power of India, due to which they are forced to think many times before taking any steps.
These next generation missiles of the Indian defense system have now become a symbol of the nation’s reputation and self -reliance.
Missiles played very important in India’s defense strategy
In the last few years, India has not only increased the number of weapons, but has also made the technology behind them sophisticated. A security allocation of Rs 6.81 lakh crore in the budget of 2025-26 is an indication that India is now adopting a ‘proactive’ defense policy, not ‘reactive’, out of which about one and a half lakh crore rupees have been fixed only for the purchase of missiles and defense equipment, while Rs 31 thousand crore will be spent on defense research and development. This shows that India will no longer depend on imports, but will strengthen its technology by becoming self -sufficient.
Small but deadly- short range missiles

India’s short-range Tactical missiles are proving to be extremely dangerous. Prithvi-I and Prithvi-II missiles can target the enemy in the range of 150 to 350 km respectively. The Prahar missile is capable of making an accurate attack in a distance of 150 to 500 km. The special advantage of this is that India can immediately respond in any border struggle, that too with more accuracy in less time. Shaurya missile, which comes with hypersonic speed and nuclear capability, can be deployed quickly and it can penetrate the target before coming to the enemy’s radar.
Kill from underwater- Ballistic submarine missiles game

India’s water-based missile capacity is also getting stronger day by day. Missiles like K-15 ‘Sagarika’, K-4 and upcoming K-6 have become a strong base of India’s nuclear resistance. Their range ranges from 750 kilometers to 6,000 kilometers and they use MIRV (Multiple Independent Targetable Reentry Vehicle) technology, which can destroy many goals simultaneously in different directions.
Smart and accurate-anti-tank and air-to-air missiles
Missiles like Nag, Helina, Sant and MPATGM are extremely useful in India’s grassroots fight. These missiles work in “fire and forgate” mode and completely destroy heavy vehicles like tanks with top attack profiles. At the same time, land -to -air missiles like Akash and Qrsam have become a strong shield for the air security of the country. These missiles are capable of killing enemy aircraft and missiles in the air from 25 to 80 km distance.
Long distance ‘lion’- fire and cruise missiles

India’s Fire Series-from Agni-I to Agni-V-Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) has the capacity. Among them, the range of Agni-V is more than 5,500 km, which establishes India as a ‘strategic power’ globally. Apart from this, supersonic cruise missiles like BrahMos are also with India, which fly at low altitude and targets the enemy.
