Chocolate modak recipe
To make chocolate modak, first heat ghee in a pan and now add grated coconut and fry it lightly. Now add jaggery or sugar powder and mix well. After this, add cocoa powder or melted chocolate and prepare a paste. Add cardamom powder to the mixed paste and keep it to cool. After this, knead the flour flour and make a slight dough and apply some flour in the modak mold and fill the prepared chocolate paste in it. Once again, cover the mold by covering the flour and steam them and prepare them. When it cools down, offer it to God.
