CHENNAI: The aircraft going from Jaipur to Chennai survived by crashing. However, the aircraft was taken away safely, causing the passengers to breathe a sigh of relief. The tire of an aircraft going from Jaipur to Chennai burst before landing at Chennai Airport on Sunday morning and officials had to take it into an emergency. Airport officials said that all passengers and crew members were taken off from the aircraft.
He said that the pilot came to know about the tire burst when the aircraft was about to land at the airport. The pilot immediately informed the officers. Officials said that on receiving information from the pilot, the criteria prescribed for landing the aircraft were followed in such circumstances. He said that the aircraft was inspected after landing in emergency situation. Officials said that during this time its wheel number-2 was found damaged, many pieces were coming out from the left side.
