UP Accident: CM Yogi has expressed condolences to the bereaved families. The Chief Minister has instructed the district administration officials to immediately take the injured to the hospital and get them properly treated.
UP Accident: On Monday, a truck hit a tractor trolley filled with devotees in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh. Due to which nine devotees died on the spot, while 43 were injured. Police reached the information immediately and started relief and rescue work and took the injured to the hospital. In Bulandshahr district of Uttar Pradesh, a truck hit the tractor-trolley carrying pilgrims in the early hours of Monday, killing nine people and injured 43. On the accident, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has expressed condolences to the bereaved families. He directed the officials to ensure the best treatment of the injured. He also announced an ex-gratia amount of Rs 2 lakh to the families of the deceased and Rs 50 thousand to the injured.
Accident near Ghatal village of Arnia bypass
In this regard, Senior Superintendent of Police (Rural) Dinesh Kumar Singh said that the accident happened around 2.10 am on Monday. When the tractor trolley approached the Ghatal village of Arnia bypass on the Bulandshahr-Aligarh border, the truck hit the trolley, causing it to overturn. Senior Superintendent of Police (Rural) Dinesh Kumar Singh said that nine people died, while 43 are undergoing treatment. Police said that three of the injured are serious. The injured have been admitted to many hospitals. Among the injured, 10 are admitted to Aligarh Medical College, 10 Bulandshahr District Hospital and 23 Kailash Hospital in Khurja. The deceased have been identified as Makshi (40), Shivansh (6), Yogesh (50), tractor driver EU Babu (40), Rambetti (65), Chandni (12), Ghaniram (40) and Vinod (45), who were all residents of Kasganj district.

District Magistrate Shruti along with Senior Superintendent of Police Singh and other senior officials visited the spot between drizzle and later interacted with the injured patients in a hospital. According to a post on X by the Chief Minister’s Office, Adityanath has expressed condolences to the bereaved families of the dead. It has been said that the Chief Minister has instructed the district administration officials to take the injured immediately to the hospital and ensure their proper treatment. Police said that the truck registered in Haryana has been confiscated and further legal action has been started. SP Dehat Dr. Tejveer Singh said that devotees of Rafaedpur village of Soro police station area of Kasganj district had left for a caste at Gogamedi temple located in Hanuman Garh district of Rajasthan at 6 pm on Sunday. About 60 devotees of the village were riding in a tractor trolley. An accident happened as soon as Ghatal reached the village.
