Crispy Aloo Chila Method
To make a crispy potato cheela, first soak grated potatoes in water for a few minutes so that its starch comes out, then squeeze them well. After this, add potatoes, gram flour, rice flour, onion, green chillies, ginger, coriander, celery and all the spices and prepare a thick batter in a mixing bowl. Keep in mind that the batter is neither too thin nor too thick. Now heat a non-stick griddle, apply some oil and spread the batter in a round and spread it. On low flame, roast the cheela from both sides till it becomes golden and crispy. If you want, you can also add a little butter in the middle. Serve the prepared cheela with hot coriander coriander sauce, tomato sauce or curd.
