Method of making gram flour cheela vegetable

To make the vegetable of gram flour cheela, first take gram flour in a pan and add celery, cumin powder, kasoori methi, salt, turmeric powder and coriander. Now add 1 cup of water and prepare the solution. After this, take the pan and keep it to heat it. Now apply ghee on it and spread the cheela with gram flour solution. Bake it well from both the site and make a roll. Cut the folded cheela in the shape of Barfi. After this, prepare gravy for vegetables in a pan. For this, take mustard oil in the pan and cut cumin, asafetida, garlic, ginger and onion and add it. After this, cut green chillies and add it. Grind about 2 tomatoes and make gravy. After roasting onion, add ground tomatoes and add all dry spices such as coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, salt and mango powder. Fry the spices till they release oil.
Now add water to them and after a boil in the gravy, add the chopped chila. Now cover it and cook for 10 minutes and when it is cooked, serve with this hot rice.
