How to make Kathi Roll
To make Kathi Roll, first knead a soft dough by mixing flour and wheat flour and then keep the dough covered for 15 minutes. Now roll it into thin rotis and roast them lightly on the pan. Now heat some oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste and fry it. Now add onion and capsicum and fry until it becomes light golden. Add paneer pieces along with red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt in the pan and mix well. Cook it for 2-3 minutes. Now apply some oil on the rotis you had baked, heat them again and apply green chutney and tomato sauce/chili sauce on the rotis. Now place the prepared vegetables in the middle of the roti. Roll it tightly. Then wrap the hot Kathi roll in tissue paper and serve it.
