Who is right on SIR and right in Election Commission? X-ray report?

In Bihar, SIR i.e. on the issue of special intensive revision, political mercury is becoming high with every passing day. The opposition is aggressive on this issue and is attacking the BJP and the Election Commission.

Row on SIR in Bihar: The political struggle is going on from Patna to Delhi regarding the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) in Bihar, nor the Parliament is going on in Delhi nor the assembly was able to run in Patna, the Bihar assembly has become a political ground on the SIR from above, not only that it was abused, Maik was broken and the assault came to the end. On the one hand, the opposition is not preparing to withdraw from this issue, on the other hand the government is not getting tasmus. The work of the Election Commission is going on unabated between the party and the fight between the opposition. According to the Election Commission, the work of Bihar SIR has been completed 99.8 percent. The most interesting thing is that the names of 65.2 lakh voters can be cut from the voter list in Bihar, if the Election Commission is to be believed, 22 lakh voters have died, 7 lakh voters have been voters in more than one place, 35 lakh voters have migrated permanently and the form of 1.2 lakh voters has not yet been received by the Election Commission. The Election Commission will now verify this form and the work of cutting and connecting it will continue. This process will run from 1 August to 1 September. The Election Commission has also made it clear that the voters who have been left in this campaign can fill their form during this period and can also present it, the political party can also present it. It is obvious that politics is happening on this and the opposition is trying to make electoral weapons in helplessness. Opposition parties, including Tejashwi Yadav, criticized the 11 documents of the Election Commission, not only questioned how those who live outside will fill the form and questioned how poor people will be able to gather so many documents but the Election Commission feels that special intensive revision in the voter list is necessary because what is the ground reality of voters. That is why the Election Commission imposed about 2.50 lakh people, in which 1.60 lakh BLA has also been selected from the political party.

Why questions on Election Commission data?

According to the Election Commission, 65.2 lakh such voters have been found which can be cut. There are 22 lakh voters who have died. Death statistics can be up and down but there will hardly be any disturbance in the death figure? The question may arise that how the 35 lakh voters migrated, this figure can go up to 42 lakhs because there are 7 lakh voters who are included in the voter list in more than one place? When the SIR was created on the sir, Chief Election Commissioner Dnyanesh Kumar gave a sharp reply. Said that if the Election Commission is under pressure from the political party, then those who have died, who have permanently settled in other states, the voters whose names have been made in two-three places, should they be allowed to be fake voting in their names? The Election Commission has also said that whether the Election Commission is being prepared through a transparent process, the net voter list is not the foundation of fair elections and strong democracy? He has also said that on some day, all of us and all the citizens of India will have to go beyond political ideologies and think deeply. This statement suggests that the Election Commission is not going to listen to one thing of the opposition. There are many holes in the claim of the government and the opposition on migration. The pain of migration in Bihar is quite chronic, but there is a lot of politics in Bihar on migration because political parties want to hide their weakness. Whether it is Nitish Kumar or Lalu Yadav, most of the migration has occurred in their tenure. Surprisingly, when ethnic and social surveys were being done in Bihar, Tejashwi Yadav was the Deputy Chief Minister in Nitish Kumar’s government and has been taking a lot of credit for caste census in Bihar. The caste census and economic survey report was presented in the Assembly in 2023. It has been told in this report that a total of 53 lakh 10 thousand 978 people have gone out of Bihar for employment or education in another state or another country. Obviously, there was no talk of voters in this survey. Now Tejashwi Yadav is claiming that around 4.5 crore people migrate and presented a figure which was asked in the Rajya Sabha by his party MP. The Government of India replied that 29.83 crore labor registered in the country, which includes the migration figure. According to this, there are 2.9 crore unorganized laborers of Bihar, including migration. The Government of India did not make it clear in its reply that how many universal laborers have migrated. Now the question is, why did this matter not come in the survey of Bihar, why the matter of migration from only 53 lakhs came, whether the survey is wrong, the question can also arise now? Responding to Tejashwi Yadav, Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary has said that 11 percent people used to go out during Lalu Yadav’s time, now only less than 2 percent people go out. Now if the figures of the Bihar government are considered, then 53 lakh voters have migrated or have gone out, while according to the Election Commission data, the Election Commission’s migration figures are low, it means that the Election Commission figures are under the survey of the Bihar government. Now it seems that whatever the opposition parties claim, but the Election Commission will do its own move?
