Judge transferred immediately
At the same time, when the central government informed the Supreme Court Chief Justice Sanjeev Khanna about this whole incident, the Chief Justice immediately called a meeting of the collegium of 5 senior most judges. The collegium decided to transfer the Allahabad High Court back to Justice Yashwant Verma. It was also agreed in the collegium that it is not enough to transfer Justice Verma. Further action is needed in the case.

Justice Yashwant Verma used to keep his interest in civil affairs and advocated constitutional, industrial disputes, corporates, taxations and environment related matters.
