Nishant, son of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, is constantly being speculated about his entry into politics. This question has become a puzzle in Bihar politics.
Bihar Politics: Assembly elections are going to be held in Bihar this year, but these days the main issue of discussion has become that when will Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s son Nishant enter politics? This question has become a puzzle in Bihar politics. The interesting thing is that except for Nitish Kumar, almost every party wants Nishant to be given any responsibility in the party or government, but Nitish does not look at it at all. From the ruling party to the opposition, there is a period of speculation about the possible entry in Nishant’s politics. Even many JDU leaders have expressed their desire to bring Nishant into politics. So the question arises – why does Nitish Kumar not want to bring his son into politics? Actually, Nishant Kumar had 44th birthday three days ago. Rashtriya Lok Samata Party chief Upendra Kushwaha tried to capitalize on this occasion politically. Specialist Kushwaha of politics, while giving a message to Nitish Kumar, said, “It is a very humble urge to Nitish ji to understand the time and situation, and accept that now the operation of both the government and the party is not appropriate for him. Their experience is useful for the government, but the command of the party should now be handed over to him. It can cause irreparable damage to the late party.” After this statement, the political mercury climbed. The demand for bringing Nishant into the party or government has been continuously rising for the last few months, but this statement of Upendra Kushwaha gave it more air.
Why is Nishant demanding fast?
In Bihar politics, the sons of all the Chief Ministers have become the heirs of their family. The list of names of Bihar Chief Ministers is long, but in the eighties in Bihar politics, Lalu Prasad Yadav, Nitish Kumar and Ram Vilas Paswan started politics together. However, before this, the family members of Kapoorri Thakur and Daroga Prasad Rai have also entered politics. Whether it is Jagannath Mishra or Bhagwat Jha Azad or Satyendra Narayan Singh and then Abdul Gafoor’s politics has been entered but more is being discussed by Nitish’s son Nishant’s son Nishant because Lalu Prasad Yadav, who has done politics with Nitish, has presented his son Tejashwi as successor, while Ram Vilas Paswan has also cornered Chirag Paswan. Nitish Kumar is keeping silence on Nishant, but Nishant’s demand has increased when Nitish Kumar’s strange antics and the reasons for his health seemed that Nitish Kumar should choose Nishant as a political successor while being the Chief Minister. Actually, RJD has been continuously raising questions about Nitish Kumar’s health. It is alleged that Rajpath is not going on with Nitish. Since then, there has been a demand to bring Nishant into politics. There are three reasons for this, who will run JDU after one Nitish, this restlessness is going on tremendously in JDU. The second reason is that Kurmi and Kushwaha caste are worrying that who will lead their caste after Nitish? And the third reason is that if Nitish weakened, then JDU’s claim in NDA will weaken. That is why the pressure of bringing Nishant into politics is increasing within the government and the party and outside the party. This is the reason that Nishant’s demands from Rabri Devi to Tejashwi Yadav, BJP to Chirag Paswan are also starting, but Nitish feels that questions will be raised in JDU only with the arrival of Nishant.
Nitish fear of dynasty stains
Nitish Kumar is considered a educated and gentle politician. He has always been vocal against familyism and has been targeting Lalu Prasad Yadav on this issue. In such a situation, if he brings his son into politics, then his own image can be questioned. This is the reason why he is hesitant to advance Nishant, despite the decline in health. It is also being said in political circles that as long as Nitish is fully active, he will hardly bring his son into politics. Yes, if his health deteriorated worse or he lags back due to his age, then Nishant’s entry is possible. Nitish is also afraid that after Nishant’s entry into politics, his son will be compared to Tejashwi Yadav and Chirag Paswan, which can push his years of image of years. Nitish is an experienced strategist and perhaps that is why he does not want to take this political risk.
