Swasth nari, sashakt parivar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi (PM Narendra Modi) On the occasion of birthday (17 September), the government started a ‘healthy woman, strong family’ campaign. Under this campaign, 18 lakh health camps were organized, in which about 6.5 crore women were examined. Health Minister JP Nadda describing this decision as historic (Jp Said that this campaign reflects the collective resolution of the nation to prioritize the health of women for strong families and rich communities. The Union Health Minister has described the direction of health and empowerment of women.

Health checkup reflects nation resolution

JP Nadda wrote in his X post that the ‘Swasthi Nari, Strong Family’ campaign started on 17 September by Prime Minister Narendra Modi was run across the country on 2 October. During this time 18 lakh health camps were organized, in which 6 crore 50 lakh women were examined. He also said that extraordinary achievement shows the nation resolve to keep women’s health at the center of strong families and rich communities. Apart from this, Nadda called upon every woman to prioritize her health, to regular health check -up and continue this pace by encouraging them to move towards a healthy future.

So many people investigated

The Health Ministry said on Friday that during the campaign, more than 1.78 crore citizens were tested for high blood pressure and more than 1.72 crore people. Breast cancer of more than 37 lakh women and the cervical cance of more than 19 lakh women were examined. More than 69 lakh people were included in oral cancer tests. In addition, more than 62.60 lakh waste checkups were done, while more than 1.43 crore were given life -saving vaccines. Apart from this, the ministry said that more than 1.51 crore people have anemia, more than 85 lakh tuberculosis and more than 10.23 lakh people were examined for sickle cell disease.
