UP News: In Uttar Pradesh, new projects are being discussed under the leadership of the fifth ground braking ceremony (GBC@5) to provide employment to the youth. He said that investments of more than Rs 5 lakh crore have been proposed.

UP News : Preparations for the fifth ground braking ceremony (GBC@5) to work on new projects in Uttar Pradesh have intensified. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath regarding this event (CM Yogi Adityanath) said that private investments worth more than Rs 5 lakh crore have been proposed. Presiding over a high -level meeting of an industrial development department, CM Yogi said that four such ground braking ceremonies have been organized in the last eight and a half years, out of which more than Rs 15 lakh crore projects were implemented and due to this, employment opportunities were created for more than 60 lakh youth.

Departments should take time -bound action

Chief Minister Yogi said that following the mantra of reform, demonstration and change, our government was able to bring large -scale investment in UP. Also, now the upcoming GBC@5 should be held in November with complete preparation. All departments should ensure time -bound action and regular monitoring of the progress of each investment proposal. Reviewing the land acquisition proposals for industrial units, the Chief Minister emphasized the need to adopt sensitive and farmer -centric views. He further said that every person loves his land and it is the capital of his life. If the state needs this for development, then they should get proper compensation.

Common people get direct benefit of GST reforms

CM Yogi also said that industrial authorities should consider increasing the current compensation rates. The Chief Minister further directed that the land allotted to industrial units should be revoked and allotted to other investors to the land. Emphasizing the need to strengthen exports, CM Yogi said that a fintech hub should be developed in Noida, Greater Noida or Yamuna Authority areas, where offices of major banking institutions should be established. Special efforts should also be made to promote the export of electronic products. Apart from this, on September 22, about the implementation of new slab of GST, he said that the benefit of GST reforms should reach the common man. After this, there will be many improvements in his life.
