Sambhal News: Once in Sambhal, the Yogi is looking for a bulldozer of the government. The administration identified 80 houses that are built on the government’s land. At present, the administration has issued a notice and is waiting for a satisfactory reply.

Sambhal news: In Sambhal district of Uttar Pradesh, the bulldozer of the administration is going to run once. In Mohalla Hatim Sarai area of Sadar Tehsil area, 80 illegally built houses will be demolished on the land of the government pond. The revenue department team identified the houses in the presence of Tehsildar Dhirendra Pratap Singh and issued notice to them and gave them 15 days. According to the Tehsildar, this action has been taken after the revelations that the land mafia had sold the land built for the pond illegally to unknown buyers. He said that fifteen days notice has been issued to all the concerned parties.

The mosque was built 12-13 years ago

The Tehsildar said that a 15 -day notice has been issued to the people living in the illegal house and if the answer is not received, then all the illegal constructions including the mosque will be demolished by bulldozers if needed. Dhirendra Pratap Singh said that a big mosque was built on the pond land about 12-13 years ago. When our revenue team visited that place, no one came forward to take responsibility for construction or to become Mutavalli (caretaker). This is the reason that a notice has also been pasted on the mosque. If there is no satisfactory answer on this notice, then action will be taken to demolish.

Documents will have to be presented

He further said that red marks are being put on the illegal land and structures identified and today about 30-40 places have been targeted red. Also, it may take a few more days to do the whole work. The Tehsildar said that people who have bought land in the pond area or have built houses will have to present in the tehsil and submit evidence of land acquisition. He also said that he has been given an opportunity to give clarification, but if they fail to present valid documents, then action will be taken according to the law. He also confirmed that no response has been received from any concerned party yet. It is known that illegal occupation lands are being identified in various areas of Sambhal district and if such cases come up during the investigation then such action will be taken.
