RDX in Faridabad: Security agencies have foiled a major terrorist conspiracy. 360 kg, two AK-47 cartridges and ammunition have been recovered in Faridabad, adjacent to Delhi. This recovery took place after the arrest of Dr. Adil Ahmed, when during interrogation he told that explosive materials were present in Faridabad. This much explosive could destroy a very large area. After the arrest of Adil, another doctor was also arrested.
Terror lines spread from Kashmir to Faridabad
Such a big conspiracy was exposed when the police arrested Dr. Adil of Government Medical College, Anantnag. Adil had put up posters of terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed. After this he was arrested from Saharanpur in UP. When Dr. Adil’s locker was searched in Jammu and Kashmir, an AK-47 was recovered from there. After interrogation, another doctor was detained from Anantnag. The second doctor spilled out information about explosives. Based on this, the police reached Faridabad and searched the flat of another doctor there. Here the police recovered two AK-47s and 360 kg of explosives.
Third doctor absconding
The search is still going on for the third doctor, from whose flat this explosive has been recovered. The names of the two doctors arrested are Adeel Ahmed Rather and Mujahil Shakeel. They have been arrested from Saharanpur and Anantnag. Apart from this, the third doctor is still absconding. Haryana Police is on high alert after explosives were found in Faridabad.
Search operation continues
Investigating agencies believe that Adeel and his doctor were trying to reactivate the network of fellow terrorist organization Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind. The organization was formed in 2017 by former Hizbul Mujahideen commander Zakir Musa and aims to establish an Islamic state under Sharia law in Kashmir and wage jihad against India. Jammu and Kashmir Police has clarified that the investigation is still going on and the “mastermind” behind this entire conspiracy will be revealed soon. According to officials, this is a conspiracy to spread terror not only in Jammu and Kashmir but in the entire country.
