Political Attack: Prashant Kishore alleged that Emperor Chaudhary described himself as a minor to escape the murder case. He demanded the dismissal of Chaudhary.
Political Attack: Jan Suraj Party founder Prashant Kishore on Monday alleged that Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Emperor Chaudhary had escaped from the trial by calling himself a false minor in the Supreme Court in a decades -old murder case. Addressing a press conference in Patna, Kishore said that Chaudhary’s affidavit, which was filed for the State Legislative Council in 2020, is contrary to his earlier claim before the apex court. Kishore demanded his immediate dismissal. Former BJP state president Chaudhary, who handled the important department like finance in the Nitish Kumar government, was not available for immediate comment. Kishore said that we will ask for time to meet the Governor tomorrow to dismiss Chaudhary. We also urge Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and his ally BJP to take action now, otherwise they will be exposed to the people. He also alleged that Chaudhary had faced a case in a case related to the murder of six people in his native village Tarapur in Munger district in 1995.
Shilpi Jain-Gautam Singh also raised the case
Kishore alleged that if we look at Chaudhary’s 2020 affidavit, he has told his age 51 years at that time. Keeping this in mind, he must have been 20 years old in 1995. These facts make him responsible for prosecution. He said that these are serious allegations. Said that I also challenge Chaudhary to give clarification on my role in the Shilpi-Gautam murder case, which many people remember only for Sadhu Yadav. Shilpi Jain and Gautam Singh were found dead in a car inside a car in 1999, causing sensation throughout Patna. This vehicle was standing near the house of Sadhu Yadav, brother of the then Chief Minister of the state, Rabri Devi. After the uproar, the case was handed over to the CBI, which filed a closure report a few years later, in which death was declared a case of suicide. Chaudhary was a minister in the state at that time. His cabinet post was seen by his father Shakuni Chaudhary as a reward to join RJD from Samata Party.
Chaudhary was also surrounded by corruption
The founder of the Jan Suraj Party said that if Ashok Chaudhary fails to do so, then I will make public the financial irregularities worth Rs 500 crore. Chaudhary has sent a legal notice to Prashant Kishore, the founder of Jan Suraj Party, seeking an unconditional apology for derogatory comments or to face a civil case for compensation of Rs 100 crore. Kishore accused Chaudhary of joining an irregular land deal of Rs 200 crore. Kishore said that I have received money from those who gave political advice in my previous term to run my party. Then I did not charge any fee from him. I have used this money not for myself, but to create a political option in my home state of Bihar. I have also paid GST on the money I have raised.
