Bobby revealed
Bobby Deol recently revealed in an interview that he was to be cast instead of Shahid Kapoor in Imtiaz Ali’s superhit film Jab We Met. Then the situation became such that this opportunity came out of his hand. In the interview, Bobby Deol told that his friendship with director Imtiaz Ali was done at the time of the film Socha Na Tha. Abhay Deol and Ayesha Takia were in the lead roles in this film. Bobby told that he did not think very much. After that he met Imtiaz and said that I want to work with you, no matter what. He was probably the first director from whom I said so.

Film written for Bobby
Imtiaz then wrote a script called, the song. Later, the name of this film was Jab V Met. Bobby himself spoke to the producers and actresses for this project. The baby further said-I spoke to some producers, but for some reason he refused Imtiaz. I heard Kareena Kapoor script hearing, she listened with great love but rejected. Then I told Preity Zinta, but she could do it only after six months. A short time later, the same producers who rejected the story of Imtiaz, made the same film with Kareena and Shahid Kapoor.
Aditya was about to become Bobby
Bobby Deol told in the interview that the name of the film was then the song because the story was around the same character. Shahid played the role that was written for me. Perhaps this was written in luck. But my heart was broken at that time. Released in 2007 when V Met rocked the box office. It changed the face of Bollywood’s romantic films. People still remember the pair of Shahid and Kareena. The film was so liked that it was remake in 4 different languages like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
Bobby’s new chapter
Now Bobby is in a new era. He will soon be seen in Yash Raj Films’ Spy Universe film Alpha. Alia Bhatt and Sharwari Wagh will also be in the lead role. Apart from this, he is also in Tamil superstar Vijay’s film Jana Naikan.
