Election before 22 November
The Chief Election Commissioner of the country, Gyanesh Kumar, has made it clear that a new voter card will be issued to the voters whose information has been made or changed. The rest will not need it. He informed that under the provision, elections are to be held for the new government before November 22 and according to this the Commission is working. Said that the basis of other documents can also be cast in Bihar elections. In a conversation with the media before returning from Patna after a two -day visit, the Chief Election Commissioner clearly said that those who will have any change in the data of the voter card, they will get EPIC i.e. voter card within 15 days. Those who have old voter cards and there is no change in data, they will accept the same. The remaining documents which were already valid to vote will continue.
The process of removing the name will continue
Chief Election Commissioner Dnyanesh Kumar said that the result of intensive special revision run to remove unqualified voters and include qualified voters has been very clear and satisfactory. Even now, if someone is unqualified or is eligible, then the process of removing and removing his name will continue. After the election, this process will be closed for further orders. The Chief Election Commissioner also gave clear information on the controversy about keeping and not keeping Aadhaar in the process of voter revision. He said that those who would have filled nomination for the voter list were not obliged to give Aadhaar. Under the Rules of Election Commission or Aadhaar Authority and the order of the Supreme Court, Aadhaar is neither a date of birth nor a certificate of citizenship. He said that if the order of the Supreme Court came, the Commission gave a system of taking Aadhaar card in special intensive revision. He also gave a direct answer to the question asked about citizenship and said that under the Constitution, it is necessary to be a citizen of India to become a voter of India. Where the voter lives, there may be a voter of the booth around it.
