Delhiites suffering from pollution and cold

Where is AQI today?

According to the National Air Quality Index, today the AQI of Anand Vihar has been recorded at 390, which falls in the category of very severe. AQI of ITO has been recorded at 298. 234 AQI has been recorded in Lodhi Road, 297 in Narela, 305 in Sonia Vihar, 318 in Punjabi Bagh, 361 in Wazirpur, 318 in Chandni Chowk and 322 in Mundka. This AQI level is at the time of writing the news.

Let us tell you, today the minimum temperature in Delhi is likely to be 18 degrees and the maximum temperature will be 30 degrees. There may be a change in the weather on Monday. At which AQI level does the problem occur?

  • Good: An AQI ranging from 0-50 indicates that the air is absolutely clean and there is no risk of pollution.
  • Satisfactory: An AQI of 51-100 indicates that the air quality is fine, it can be accepted.
  • Moderate: Some sensitive people may face problems in AQI of 101-200.
  • Poor: AQI ranging from 201-300 is considered poor. In this, people may have cough and difficulty in breathing.
  • Very Poor: AQI of 301-400 is considered severe. Sensitive people may face more problems in this and other people may have problems like cough.
  • Very Severe: AQI of 401-500 is very dangerous for everyone. In this, emergency instructions can be issued by the government.
