In such a situation, today we have brought a very simple and easy recipe for them which can be prepared during fasting. These will not only be good in taste but will also keep you active and fresh throughout the day.

Sabudana Khichdi

Sabudana Khichdi is the most popular dish during fasting. It does not require much effort to make it. To make this, soak sago for 3 hours. Now add 2 boiled and finely chopped coriander, rock salt and black pepper to it. Now make small balls of this mixture and fry it in hot oil until it turns golden and eat it hot.

If you keep fast during summer, then this Kulfi refreshes your mood. To make this, mix 2 tablespoons sugar in milk and boil it until it thickens. When it cools down, add chopped fruits like banana, apple, guava and some chopped nuts to it. Put this mixture in a kulfi mold and keep it in the fridge for 5 hours.

Makhana Cutlet

Makhana gives energy to your body during fasting. To make makhana cutlets, crush the makhana. Now add 2 boiled and mashed potatoes, finely chopped ginger, green chilli, coriander, rock salt and black pepper. Make small layers from this mixture and fry it in hot oil until it turns golden and eat it with coriander chutney.

Milk Shake

Milk shakes are very simple to make but are very beneficial for your body. To make this, add 1 banana, 2 fresh dates, some cardamom powder and a pinch of saffron in cold milk and blend it well. This shake contains calcium, protein and natural sugar which gives instant energy to your body.
