Ram Mandir Dhwajarohan: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hoist the saffron flag on the peak of Ram Mandir on Tuesday, marking the completion of its construction.

Ram Mandir Dhwajarohan: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Ayodhya on Tuesday and hoist the saffron flag on the peak of the Ram temple, marking the completion of its construction. Before the Prime Minister’s visit, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took stock of the preparations here and gave necessary instructions to the concerned officials. A statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) said that the 10 feet high and 20 feet long right-angled triangular flag has a picture of a shining sun, which is a symbol of the brightness and bravery of Lord Ram. There is also a picture of ‘Om’ and Kovidara tree on it.

PM Modi will visit Sapta Mandir

The PMO said that the sacred saffron flag will convey the message of dignity, unity and cultural continuity while showing the ideals of Ram Rajya. During his stay in Ayodhya, the Prime Minister will visit Saptamandir, which houses temples associated with Maharishi Vashishtha, Maharishi Vishwamitra, Maharishi Agastya, Maharishi Valmiki, Devi Ahilya, Nishadraj Guha and Mata Shabari. After this will go to Sheshavatar temple. The statement said Modi will also visit Mata Annapurna temple and perform ‘darshan’ and ‘puja’ at the Ram Darbar sanctum sanctorum. At around 12 noon, Prime Minister Modi will hoist the saffron flag on the ‘Shikhar’ of the Ram temple, marking the completion of the construction of the temple and the beginning of a new chapter of cultural celebrations and national unity.

5,000 women will welcome

On this occasion, the Prime Minister will also do a grand roadshow. To make the road show memorable, the entire Rampath has been divided into eight zones. In each zone, around 5,000 women from different Self-Help Groups (SHGs) will welcome the Prime Minister in traditional clothes. They will stand with thali, aarti, garlands and will salute with folded hands. The district administration has given this responsibility to women of different societies and organizations. This program will take place on the auspicious Panchami date of Shukla Paksha of Margashirsha month, which coincides with the Abhijit Muhurta of Vivah Panchami of Shri Ram and Mother Sita, this day symbolizes the divine union.

Under tight security arrangements, a total of 6,970 security personnel including ATS commandos, NSG snipers, cyber experts and technical teams have been deployed in Ayodhya. Anti-drone technology and advanced monitoring systems are also operational in the temple premises and surrounding areas. From Superintendents of Police to field-level teams, senior officials are overseeing the operations to ensure smooth coordination. People working for crowd management, security screening, explosive detection and emergency response have been deployed at specific places. Special units like Bomb Squad, Dog Squad, VVIP Protection Team, Fire Unit and Rapid Response Team are active in the city.
