Jan Suraj Party: Jan Suraj Party founder Prashant Kishor claimed on Wednesday that if his party comes to power in Bihar, he will take action against the 100 most corrupt leaders and bureaucrats. Said that within the first month the illegal earnings of such leaders and bureaucrats will be confiscated. In an exclusive interview with PTI Video, Kishor also alleged that corruption is rife in the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government, although the image of the Bharatiya Janata Party-led alliance is not as bad as the Lalu Prasad-led Rashtriya Janata Dal. Prashant Kishore said that we have promised to free Bihar from land mafia, sand mining mafia and all other types of mafia. For this, we have made six promises including ending the fake liquor ban policy.
New law will be made against corruption
He said that within a month of the formation of the government, a law will be made to identify the 100 most corrupt leaders and bureaucrats of the state and I am sure they will definitely be praying for this so that we do not come to power. He said that these corrupt leaders and bureaucrats will be prosecuted and their illegal earnings will be confiscated and deposited in the government treasury. Said that this money can be used for the development of Bihar, which is stalling due to his wrong policies. In response to a question, he said that I do not think it will be any news if charges are framed against Lalu Prasad and Tejashwi Yadav in ‘land-for-job scam’. His image is already tarnished and this case will be like another stain.
Migration from employment will stop
Prashant Kishore said that the real news is the corruption prevalent in NDA. Samrat Choudhary holds the post of Deputy Chief Minister despite being an accused in a case related to the murder of seven people. He is neither on bail nor has he been acquitted. He escaped trial by producing a fake certificate showing that he was a minor at the time of the incident. Kishore has recently made serious allegations against many ministers of Bihar, including leaders of both BJP and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s JDU. He claimed that after coming to power, employment opportunities will be available in Bihar, which will stop the migration of youth.
