The pollution level is continuously increasing before Diwali.

Smoke is now visible in the air of Delhi-NCR. Due to increasing pollution, people are also facing the problem of eye irritation. Visibility has reduced significantly in many areas of Delhi. Not only this, due to smoke and haze, Delhi has been covered with a blanket of dust. Air quality has been deteriorating for the last 4 days.

Let us tell you that a day before Diwali, the level of air pollution in Delhi is getting very bad. Due to increase in air pollution in Delhi-NCR, AQI has been recorded in the worst category for the fourth consecutive day. Talking about AQI, it has been 274. According to the Central Pollution Control Board, this morning the air quality index AQI 290 was recorded around Barapula in Delhi, which is in the ‘poor’ category. AQI around Akshardham was recorded at 426, which is in severe category.

Along with this, if we talk about Noida near Delhi, the situation here is worse than Delhi. While AQI 312 was recorded in Noida, pollution levels have also increased in Gurugram and Ghaziabad. Apart from this, if we talk about many other areas of Delhi, AQI 404 in Anand Vihar, AQI 317 in Sirifort, AQI 322 in RK Puram, AQI 310 in Nehru Nagar, AQI 327 in Dwarka Sector 8, AQI 304 in Ashok Vihar, AQI 314 in Jahangirpuri, AQI 349 in Vivek Vihar, AQI 361 in Wazirpur. And AQI in Bawana 303 was recorded.
