US-China Trade War : The trade war between America and China has reached its peak and both the countries are not backing down from increasing tariffs. The trade war between these two has also affected the global economy. Meanwhile, a news has come out that before the meeting between President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping, trade tension between America and China appeared to be reducing on Sunday. The Chinese government has indicated that a mutual understanding has been reached between the world’s two largest economies. The talks come after China imposed limits on exports of rare earth metals for technology and Trump threatened to impose additional 100 percent tariffs on Chinese goods.
Efforts made to reduce controversy

Trump arrived to reduce the controversy
Donald Trump attended the ceasefire ceremony between Thailand and Cambodia. He got an extended ceasefire agreement signed between the two countries on Sunday. Trump’s threats of economic pressure prompted both countries to stop clashes on their disputed lands earlier this year. Thailand will also release Cambodian prisoners and begin withdrawing heavy artillery under the first phase of the Cambodia accord. At the same time, Cambodia’s Prime Minister Hun Manet called it a historic day. On the other hand, Thailand’s Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul said that this agreement lays the ‘foundation stone for lasting peace’.
