The decision has been changed

Let us tell you that on August 11, the bench of Justice JB Pardiwala and Justice R Mahadevan, taking a strict stance on the incidents of dog bites, had ordered to confine all the stray dogs in shelter homes in Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram and Faridabad. Animal lovers reached the Supreme Court in protest against this and placed the matter before the Chief Justice, after which the matter was sent to a bench of 3 judges. After this, a bench of 3 judges had changed the old order and ordered to catch and sterilize and vaccinate the stray dogs in Delhi-NCR and release them back in their area. Also, on August 22, increasing the scope of hearing, the court transferred the cases pending in various High Courts to itself and asked the states to file affidavits, but in two months only two states filed the affidavits.
