Ravneet Singh on Thursday said that to honor the immortal legacy of Guru’s sacrifice for truth and humanity, Indian Railways has made special arrangements to ensure that pilgrims visiting Sri Anandpur Sahib get safe, uninterrupted and comfortable travel arrangements during this holy period. The ministry said that a special train with 22 coaches will leave from Patna at 06:40 am on November 23, which will reach Sri Anandpur Sahib at 04:15 am on November 24. According to the Minister of State for Railways, another daily AC special train service will depart from Old Delhi at 7:00 am on November 22, 23, 24 and 25 and reach Sri Anandpur Sahib at 1:45 pm on the same day. The Minister of State for Railways said that the return services will leave from Sri Anandpur Sahib every day at 20:30 and will reach Delhi at 3:15 in the morning.

Train will stop at places like Sonipat, Panipat etc.

This train will stop at Sonipat, Panipat, Kurukshetra, Ambala, Sirhind and New Morinda in both directions. The Minister of State for Railways said that Indian Railways is determined to provide accessible and reliable travel to a large number of devotees on this holy occasion. On the other hand, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Thursday appealed to the people of Delhi to participate in a big program organized by the Delhi government on the occasion of the 350th martyrdom day of Guru Tegh Bahadur at the Red Fort. ​​He visited the Red Fort to attend the Martyrdom Day program organized by the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC). He told reporters that the 350th death anniversary of Guru Tegh Bahadur is being celebrated across the country.

Delhi government will organize Kirtan Darbar at Red Fort from 23 to 25 November, in which many VVIPs are likely to attend. Delhi Police has increased security in and around the Red Fort after 15 people were killed and several others were injured in the explosion near the monument.
