BJP Parliamentary Board selected Nabin for this post. BJP national general secretary Arun Singh said in a notification that the Parliamentary Board of the Bharatiya Janata Party has appointed Nitin Nabin, minister in the Bihar government, as the national working president of the Bharatiya Janata Party with immediate effect. Prime Minister Modi has congratulated Nabin on his appointment. Modi said that Nabin has long experience in the organization. Nabin has an excellent record as an MLA and minister. The Parliamentary Board of the Bharatiya Janata Party has appointed Nitin Nabin, minister in the Bihar government, as the national working president of the party. According to the order issued by the party, this appointment will come into effect with immediate effect. From the party’s side, this appointment is being seen as a strategic strengthening of BJP in Bihar as well as national politics. Nabeen comes from Kayastha community.
Nabin is the road construction minister in Bihar
Nabeen is the son of BJP leader Kishore Sinha. Nitin Nabin is a five-time MLA. At present he is the MLA from Bankipur assembly seat of Patna. This time Nitin Nabin has become MLA from Bankipur for the fifth time. Nabin is also in-charge of Chhattisgarh BJP. Bihar government minister Nitin Nabin comes from Kayastha community. 45 year old Nabin is the Road Construction Minister. Let us tell you that this appointment has come into effect with immediate effect from 14th December 2025 i.e. Sunday. A formal organizational order has been issued by the party in this regard. According to the order issued by BJP’s National General Secretary and Headquarters in-charge Arun Singh, this appointment has been made by the Parliamentary Board of BJP. Recorded victory for the first time in 2006
BJP’s new national working president Nitin Nabin was born in Patna. His father Naveen Kishore Prasad Sinha has been a senior BJP leader and former MLA. Let us tell you that after the death of his father, Nabin actively entered electoral politics. Before contesting elections, Nitin Nabin had also played an active role in BJYM. He had won the by-election for the first time in the year 2006. After this, he achieved consecutive victories in Bihar Assembly elections of 2010, 2015, 2020 and now 2025. In the recently concluded 2025 Bihar Assembly elections, Nitin Nabin secured 98,299 votes and defeated RJD candidate Rekha Kumari by a huge margin of more than 51 thousand votes.
