Bihar Election: While addressing the public meeting at Gandhi Maidan in Siwan, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath fiercely attacked the Rashtriya Janata Dal. He said that the people whom RJD has made candidates in Raghunathpur are symbols of Jungle Raj. Such people should not be allowed to come to power. Yogi said that Prime Minister Modi is engaged in the development of the country. All-round development is taking place in Bihar under the leadership of Nitish Kumar. He claimed that crime and criminals have been eliminated in UP. Their property is being confiscated and distributed among the poor. There used to be riots during Congress rule, now there is not even a single riot. Yogi accused Congress Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru of insulting the country’s first President Rajendra Prasad by asking him not to attend the inauguration of the renovated Somnath temple. Yogi made this comment while addressing an election rally in Siwan district of Bihar.
People rejected Congress
Adityanath alleged that Congress has been rejected by the people of Bihar because it has insulted stalwarts like Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Babasaheb Ambedkar, Rajendra Prasad and Karpoori Thakur. Even the party’s own former president Sitaram Kesari, who was from the same state, was humiliated. He also claimed that when Rajendra Babu decided to attend the inauguration ceremony of Somnath Temple in Gujarat, Congress Prime Minister Nehru told him that he should not go there. Yogi said that for Rajendra Babu it was a matter of faith. Rajendraji said that he would prefer to leave his post rather than not attending the function.
NDA government will eliminate mafias
Yogi also alleged that Congress and its ally RJD in Bihar have always been disrespecting our heritage. He also referred to stopping the chariot of Lord Ram. Yogi also pointed out that when the Congress-led UPA was in power, an affidavit filed by the Center in the Supreme Court had said that there was no proof of the existence of Lord Ram. Adityanath said that but BJP and NDA have always given pride of place to our heritage. We fulfilled this promise that Ram temple was built at the desired place in Ayodhya. He also said that if NDA remains in power in Bihar, mafias will be eliminated, just like what happened in Uttar Pradesh. Many were sent to hell.
