RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat said on Sunday that the organization gets its strength from the emotional and life force of its volunteers. He stressed that every volunteer becomes a pracharak voluntarily. On the occasion of the release of the book “And this life is dedicated” at Patheya Kan Sansthan in Jaipur, Bhagwat said that this book presents the life journey of 24 late RSS pracharaks of Rajasthan. He said that the Sangh runs on the emotional strength and vitality of its volunteers. Every volunteer becomes a preacher because of his own thinking. This is the life energy of the Sangh. Bhagwat cautioned that despite the expansion of the organization and better working conditions, its basic spirit should remain unchanged.
RSS The work of now a matter of public discussion
He said that today the Sangh has expanded and facilities have increased, but it also has its own challenges. We must remain as we were in times of protest and neglect. This feeling will take the Sangh forward. Explaining the nature of the work of RSS, he said that the organization cannot be understood from a distance. Bhagwat said that many people tried to run shakhas like the Sangh in competition, but none lasted more than 15 days. Our branches have been running for a hundred years and are growing because the Sangh is sustained by the dedication of its volunteers. Referring to the recently published book on the life of the preachers, Bhagwat said that it not only instills pride but also inspires to live a tough, value-based life. He urged the volunteers to imbibe the ideals presented in the book. He said that if even a particle of his talent enters our lives, we too can enlighten the society and the nation. Mohan Bhagwat said that today every RSS volunteer is contributing to the development of the country. The thinking of RSS has always been that India should become Vishwa Guru and lead the world.
