Russia-Ukraine Peace Plan : The Russia-Ukraine conflict has entered its fourth year and no agreement has yet been reached to end the war. To end the conflict, America had sent a 20-point proposal, which has almost been approved by Russia but has not yet received the green signal from Ukraine. Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Wednesday that he still wants to discuss the US peace plan with its allies. At the same time, now pressure is being put on the agreement by America, keeping this in mind, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and French President Emmanuel Macron spoke to President Trump on phone on Wednesday, during this discussion, European leaders said that the discussion is at its crucial juncture.
Zelensky must be realistic
During this, President Trump said that three months of war have been completed and now Zelensky will have to be realistic about the war. Meanwhile, while talking to reporters at the White House, the President said in response to a question that we will take a decision based on the answer they give. Also, there has been huge destruction in Ukraine since the war started in the year 2022 and now Washington is ready to compromise to stop the fighting, but Kiev is maneuvering on this and the scope for this is now very less. Let us tell you that Zelensky is trying to strike a balance between protecting Ukraine’s interests and showing Trump that he is willing to compromise, while Moscow is not giving any public signal of backing down from its demands.
Ukraine is considering 20-point proposal

However, this is not an easy thing but we will definitely discuss. He further said that discussions are set to take place with the US, which will focus on a document detailing plans for the reconstruction and economic development of Ukraine’s infrastructure destroyed during the war. Also, Ukraine is working on a separate 20-point framework to end the war. On this, Zelensky said that Kiev hopes that it will soon hand over these documents to America and is now ready to hold elections in the country if such a situation arises in the country.
