Gaza War: More than a week has passed since the ceasefire proposal presented by America to end the two-year-long war. On this, President Donald Trump says that the ceasefire is in force.
Gaza War: To stop the Gaza war, US President Donald Trump had given a 20-point peace proposal and after this the Israeli army gradually started withdrawing. At the same time, under this proposal, Hamas also had to disarm. Meanwhile, an incident has come to light in Gaza, after which there has been a lot of controversy. The ceasefire faced its first major test on Sunday, when the Israeli army launched deadly attacks. The Israeli Army says that Hamas terrorists have killed two soldiers and in this connection an officer said that aid material has been stopped in the area. However, the IDF later said it had resumed enforcing the ceasefire and aid deliveries would begin on Monday.
One week passed since the ceasefire
More than a week has passed since the ceasefire proposal presented by America to end the war that has been going on for two years. On this, President Donald Trump says that the ceasefire is in force and we want to ensure that it remains very peaceful. He told reporters on Air Force One on Sunday that Hamas has been very aggressive and they are doing some firing. He suggested that the violence may be attributable to rebels within the organization rather than its leadership. He said that this will not be dealt with strictly but in an appropriate manner. Trump was asked whether this attack was justified? On this he said that this matter is still being reviewed. Meanwhile, Vice President JD Vance said on Sunday that he may visit Israel in the coming days.
JD Vance may go to Gaza!
JD Vance while talking to the media said that we are trying to find out and said that the administration wants to go and see how the situation is going on. Also, regarding the ceasefire, the US Vice President said that there will be some obstacles in it. Health officials said at least 36 Palestinians were killed in Gaza, including most children. Apart from this, Israeli soldiers say that after the killing of two of our soldiers, we attacked dozens of Hamas positions. A senior Egyptian officer involved in the ceasefire talks, speaking on condition of anonymity, said that round-the-clock contacts are going on to calm the situation. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu instructed the army to take strong action against any ceasefire violations, but did not instruct it to return to a state of war.
